- Broadvision QuickSilver RS6000 software support The USDA - National Finance Center, New Orleans, LA intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with the procedures of FAR 13.5and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to BroadVision, Inc. 1700 Seaport Blvd., Suite 210, Redwood City, CA. This is to procure software maintenance for Broadvision QuickSilver RS6000, Qty 25, Qs 2.0. No solicitation is available. This notice is NOT a Request for Proposals. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. All interested parties may express their interest to the Contracting Officer by the due date of this notice of intent by email, mail or fax, 303-205-3144.
