- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of supply for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The government anticipates awarding a BPA for Plating/Metal Treatment services. The government anticipates awarding multiple BPAs. Calls will be competed among the BPA holders. 0001 Plating/Metal Treatment services in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work. Applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is: J010 Contractors will be required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractor will be required to report all contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) required to perform under this BPA using the format provided at https://cmra.army.mil. Businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities that is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the contractor's qualifications. Please provide the Statement to Ms. Pam Blue, pamela.i.blue.civ@mail.mil by 12 Oct 12, 3:00 PM Eastern Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and PSC's your company usually performs under Government contracts; (4) Past performance. The Government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FedBizOps will not be made available.
