Sole Source Justification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO MARRIOTT HOTEL for Hotel services provided for September 22-25, 2012 meeting. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT for the purchase of audio visual equipment, room rental and room set up for the Office of Civil Rights meeting. The Federal Transit Administration intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for these hotel services. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) contains specific acquisition requirements that must be met when using funds appropriated by the Act. Acquisitons must comply with FAR.
