Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for the VA Office of Information and Technology (OIT). The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order with a period of performance of twelve (12) months to Frontier West Virginia, Inc., 1500 McCorkle Avenue South East, West Virginia, 25396-0002 pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This contract is for recurring telephone circuit and telephone number services which support the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) circuits located at the Falling Waters, West Virginia OIT field office. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 517110. The estimated date of award for this action is September 30, 2012. This notification shall close on September 30, 2012.
