- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Office intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, on-site installation of four (4) Visix Meeting Minder 15 LCD Panels with built-in PC s, plus upgrade of the existing Visix server from standard to professional level at the Human Resources Service Center Northeast in Philadelphia, PA. These commercial services will be solicited in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13. The NAICS Code is 334310 and the Small Business Standard is 750 employees. The period of performance is 28 September 2012 through 28 November 2012. The proposed firm fixed price contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The sole source contractor is Advanced Audio Visual, Inc. of West Chester, PA. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
