Description
Delineated Area Map REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Jackson County, Medford, Oregon. The Government is interested in leasing approximately, 4,200 to 4,600 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 64, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,200 usable square feet (USF). DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by Pine St, Hamrick Rd., W & E Vilas Rd. Bounded on the East by Crater Lake Hwy, Biddle Rd. Bounded on the South by Main Street, McAndrews Rd. Bounded on the West by Hanley Road. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within twelve (12) months of lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. 1.
