- JFK13R00002 Solicitation J.1 Past Performance Questionnaire The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed price contact for providing Automatic Sliding Door and Power Assisted Maintenance at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Proposals will be evaluated and award will be based upon the Best Value to the Government based on lowest price and technically acceptable factors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Size Standard is $14 M. This solicitation will result in a contract with a base year and 4 option years, if exercised, for a potential contract of 5 years. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, October 9, 2012 as indicated in Section L.3 of the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov All questions MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Hodd Brown at hrbrown@kennedy-center.org by the deadline on Thursday, October 10, 2012 as indicated in Section L.1 of the solicitation.
