Description

The Veterans' Health Administration's Veterans in Service Network (VISN) 11 intends to issue a solicitation to only one source, Teton Data Systems, for the procurement of license to access an online medical reference database. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2) which allows for sole source procurements when the government believes the source to be utilized is the only available source capable of meeting the government's needs. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Comments may be submitted to Gregory J. Stevens, VISN 11 Contracting Officer at gregory.stevens@va.gov The applicable NAICS code is 519130.
