- The government has a requirement for the following: PRON: D12H4707D1, NOUN: HOLDER, PRINTED CIR, NSN: 5998-01-106-2006; Part number: 1144214; QTY: 15 each, Firm Fixed-Price type of contract applicable to Patriot System. Quality verification is required to this procurement. Production lead Time with government Quality Verification is 160 days after contract award and production lead time without QV is 100 days after contract award. This item is coded as full and open competition and set- aside to Small Business firm 100%. The Government has rights to technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, Engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Technical Data Package (TDP) is available for this NSN. Certified Export Control manufacturers should submit TDP requests via email to: nelminia.serrano@dla.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The final contract award decision will be based upon combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Solicitation number SPRRA2-12-R-0049 replaces with the solicitation SPRRA2-13-R-0003. This current solicitation SPRRA2-13-R-0003 issue date is on or about 15 October 2012.
