Description

The US Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a firm-fixed price contract for lodging services in support of USCG Pilots and Aircrew assigned to Coast Guard Air Station, Corpus Christi, TX from Navy Gateway Inns, 11801 Ocean Drive, Bldg 1281, NAS Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi, TX in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The proposed contractor is the only source with close proximity to Air Station Corpus Christi (1/2 of a mile) capable to house duty aircrew for all on call emergencies with the quickest response time as required by COMDTINST M3710.1F. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 721110 and the size standard is $30 million.
