- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Tammy Bingham, Contracting Officer, email: tammy.bingham@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX2Q0478AX; NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec; NSN: 5995-01-586-2826; P/N: 1209-5061-CA-01; Quantity 25 each applicable to BX (OH-58D Army Helicopter Improvement Program) with deliveries to Tracy, CA. Required delivery is 25 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE: 1M8L7 the data needed to procure this part competitively, is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
