- This presolicitation notice is being amended to notify respondents that they must specify if they are a large or small business and whether U.S. or foreign owned. See details below. This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) single award services contract to provide Emergency Maintenance / Preventative Maintenance (EM/PM), and unscheduled maintenance /repairs on various configurations, technologies and manufacturers of Power Conditioning and Continuation Interfacing Equipment (PCCIE) for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Government Agencies worldwide. This will be solicited as a full and open competition. It is anticipated that contract award will be on approximately 1 June 2013. Duration of Contract Period: 5 year ordering period with an overall six year period of performance. Each individual task order will have a maximum one year period of performance. Place of contract performance: To be cited on each individual task order. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors are advised that foreign participation is NOT permitted at the prime contractor level. Respondents must specify whether they are a large business, small business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, Hubzone small business, Veteran owned small business, or Service-disabled veteran owned small business and whether a U.S. or foreign owned firm.
