- Solicitation SPM3S1-12-R-0010 is for the Hamburger Buns (NSN 8920-01-295-9275) used in the Unitized Group Ration Heat and Serve (UGR H&S) Program. Unit of issues is 6 buns per package. The acquisition is a Firm-Fixed, Indefinite Quantity, Tiered type contract for a period of three years and will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12. This acquisition is Unrestricted and Low Price Technically Accepted (LPTA) is the Source Selection Method. DLA Troop Support will evaluate price and one technical factor, Product Samples. Delivery is FOB Destination, Inspection is at Origin, and Acceptance is at Destination. Product will be delivered to DLA Troop Support Depot located in Tracy, CA. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
