- PR 0047123815, NSN 3040-01-559-4464, The Boeing Company, Cage 76301, P/N 74A410576-1005, Connecting Link, Rigid. The solicitation shall be issue on or around 19 October 2012 and the closing date (response date) is on or around 19 November 2012. DLA does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Quantity is 191 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 117 days ARO. The solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Order Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
