Description

Justification-F3ST952257GC02-CoMotion software maintenance renewal requirement of USTRANSCOM Solicitation-HC102813T0003 DISA/DITCO intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to General Dynamics C4 Systems to provide the required CoMotion software maintenance to provide US TRANSCOM with 24 hour on-call support for their 65 end user licenses and 2 server licenses. The period of performance (POP) is 10/1/12 through 9/30/13. Although this POP seems to indicate performance has begun, there has been no delivery of license support to-date for this requirement, and performance will begin at award. All reinstatement or reactivation penalty fees shall be waived, and the savings of the waived reinstatement/reactivation fees with the continued POP dates above shall be specified by the vendor in the solicitation reply.
