- The NCO 15 Network, Department of Veterans Affairs, Leavenworth, KS, intends to issue a solicitation for Mammogram Services for the Columbia, MO Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The center of this area is defined as the Columbia, MO VAMC and the contractor's facility(s) shall be within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Columbia, MO VAMC according to VHA Handbook 1330.01. Award of a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated; and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Governments objective. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation package. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a one-year base period of performance plus four one-year option periods of performance, should the Government choose to exercise them. This procurement is full and open for concerns; under NAICS Code 621111. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/.
