- THIS IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (SAF) 52.232-18-Availability of Funds.(Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss, TX (MICC Fort Bliss) intends to award a sole source purchase order for IT Support services for the German Air Force to Access Communications Group LP, 3921 Montana Ave, El Paso TX, 79903. Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Per the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) GY-B-OBE, Dated 25 June 2012 as specified in the LOA, Access Communications is the sole certified provider for these services. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 517911 and the SBA size standard is 1500. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the MICC Fort Bliss. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by an agency. Facsimile submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written responses shall provide evidence that the offeror can provide all of the requirements.
