- Description
- This award was competed under the GSA's Federal Supply Schedule 874, Mission Oriented Business Integrated Service (MOBIS), SIN 1, Consulting Services Contract. A Time & Materials task order was awarded because offerors' proposed best efforts to accomplish the projected contract requirements would be subject to fluctuation based on uncertain available funding for optional positions and cost for the actual requirements. Thus, the uncertain funding and nonquantifiable requirements prohibited the use of a firm-fixed price task order. The use of a T&M task order was determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
