Attached is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Department of Navy, Forward Deployed Naval Forces (FDNF) Rota, Spain, Ship Repair, Maintenance and Modernization procurement. NOTE: This is only a DRAFT RFP. Proposals submitted in response to this DRAFT RFP notice will NOT be accepted. A formal RFP will be posted once available. Any questions in regards to this notice shall be submitted in English to John North at john.w.north@navy.mil. Although questions will be accepted, the U.S. Government is not required to answer any questions in regards to this notice.
