- Amendment 0001- extend RFP close date to 22 October, 2012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is H92222-13-R-0004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. This solicitation is issued under NAICS code 238210 with a small business size standard of $14M. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. See attached solicitation for all terms, provisions and conditions. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must be received NLT 10:00AM EDT on 22 October, 2012.
