- SIGNATURE PAGE J&A The services required are as follows: All existing and potential criteria should be matched against the goals and objectives of DHS and FEMA and revised to improve achievement of those goals, if warranted. The objective of this initiative is to provide for an evaluation of the effectiveness of the National Integration Center's current Private Sector Preparedness Program, recommendations for program enhancements that are validated by the emergency management and private sector community, integration of the existing big business-small business mentorship program as appropriate, develop and validation of tools that help to enable preparedness by the small business community, and a Small Business SDoC self-assessment processes, and the transfer of knowledge to aid the long-term self-sustainment of preparedness certification and assessment efforts to the emergency management and private sector communities. Evaluate and provide recommendations that are validated by both the emergency management and business communities for enhancing FEMA's Private Sector Preparedness Program Assess the potential to integrate the existing big business-small business mentorship program, and if appropriate initiate integration with the NIC's Private Sector Preparedness Programs. Develop, refine and validate a suite of tools that will help to facilitate preparedness by the Small Business community. This includes a Small Business SDoC self-assessment process. The suite of Small Business tools and SDoC process will be validated by both the emergency management and business communities. Coordinate and support the execution of pilot project for the application of the Small Business tools and SDoC process. Develop recommendations and methods to transfer knowledge to aid the long-term sustainment for private sector preparedness certification and assessment efforts to the emergency management and private sector communities.
