Description
Inspection and Test Report - Stanley Chapel Inspection and Test Report - Building 8 Inspection and Test Report Sheridan Building Brand Name Justification Solicitation Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. The NAICS code is 561621 and the size standard is $12.5 mil. This acquisition is a set-aside 100% for small businesses. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH-W), located in Washington, DC, is contracting to acquire a Edwards Fire Alarm System in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A site visit shall be conducted to provide all Offerors the opportunity to visit the facilitiy and understand the requirements for this solicitation at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, located at 3700 North Capitol Street, NW, Washingon, DC 20011-8400. The site visit shall take place on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 10:00 am EST. Those parties interested in participating in the visit SHOULD contact Jim Theros via email at James.Theros@afrh.gov or by phone at 202-541-7520 NLT (no later than) 3:00 pm EST, Wednesday, October 17, 2012. **Limit of 2 representatives per Offeror** No questions shall be asked or addressed at the site visit. All questions shall be submitted in writing by the time designated below.
