- Quote Form Solicitation Number: W91FX822640402 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Kentucky National Guards intent is to award a firm fixed price contract for the waste disposal services. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-a-side using NAICS code 562111, solid waste collection. The base period of performance will be from 1 December 2012 thru 30 November 2012 with 2 option years. The evaluation criteria will be the lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be determined on the contractor's ability to meet the delivery schedule and the contractors past performance. The Kentucky Army National Guard wants to establish prices for the following items; 1) 20 yard dumpster usage and disposal (60 each estimated emptying of dumpsters over one year period; emptying/service on an on call basis) 2) 8/10 yard dumpster usage and disposal (52 each estimated emptying of dumpsters over one year period; empty/service on an on call basis) 3) Fuel Surcharge associated with servicing and/or moving dumpsters These prices will be used for the extent of the one year contract plus two option years. These dumpster usage and disposal services will be used for the full one year period and the dumpsters may be required to be moved on occasion to various locations and may be required to be serviced at different days on an "on-call" basis. The requirement for dumpsters will consistently fluctuate based on operations/support needs. 2 each 20 yard dumpsters and 2 each 8/10 yard dumpsters will be required to remain permanently on site at the servicing location. As additional dumpsters are required, the contractor will be responsible for delivering additional dumpsters to the servicing site on an "as-need" basis. Once the Kentucky Army National Guard has established that there is a need for dumpster placement and/or servicing, the selected contractor will have three days to coordinate with the POC at the servicing site and have the dumpsters delivered to the desired location(s) and/or service the dumpsters that are already placed by the selected contractor on site. Contractor will be allowed to bill the government once a month. The location for this service is the Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center, 4675 State Route 181 North, Greenville, KY 42345.
