- Price Schedule-Memphis MEPS RFQ-W91RUS-12-T-0512 The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services at Memphis, TN Military Exchange Processing Station (MEPS), 480 Beale Street, Memphis, TN 38103. Request for quote (RFQ) W91RUS-12-T-0512 is for a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with a base performance period of one year (12 months) and will include four, one-year option periods. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of TN, shall provide local commercial communications service to Memphis, TN MEPS, including, as a minimum but not limited to: business lines, directory number and number portability. This RFQ is unrestricted; quotes from all responsible sources will be considered. Sources responding to this RFQ shall include all the requirements and shall include with their quote Representation and Certifications (FAR Clause 52.212-3). Contractors who are registered in the Business Partner Network (http://www.bpn.gov) and have an up-to-date Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in the BPN will not have to complete clause at 52.212-3. A statement affirming the firm's updated ORCA information will be accepted. It is incumbent upon the offeror to insure that all information contained in the ORCA is up-to-date and complete. Offeror's not in the ORCA shall complete FAR clause at 52.212-3 and submit as part of their quote. All offerors shall ensure Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and CAGE code is clearly cited on the quote and the firm is registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. The SIC for this acquisition is 4813; the NAICS is 517110. The RFQ can be viewed and downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities site (FedBizOpps) https://www.fbo.gov, search by the solicitation number. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to visit the aforementioned website periodically and to download solicitation information and any amendments. Hard copies will not be provided.
