- SP0600-13-R-0076 Addendum (Fuel System Icing Inhibitor) SP0600-13-R-0076 Offer Submission Package (Fuel System Icing Inhibitor) Small Business Subcontracting Plan SP0600-13-R-0076 Solicitation (FUel System Icing Inhibitor) Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (SIG/DIBME), NSN:6850-01-057-6427, MIL-DTL-85470B dated 1 June 1999, Purchase Program 4.8, quantity 5,079,600 USG for delivery FOB destination to various lications within Continental and Outside Continental United States. THis year the Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) program is for two years in lieu of annual procurements. Ordering period is date of award through December 31, 2014. Delivery period is January 1,2013 through December 31, 2014 plus a 30-day carry-over period. Copies of this solicitation will be available via the internet at Federal Business Opportunities web site ( www.fbo.gov ) on or aobut October 19, 2012. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign, and return the document entitled Offer Submission Package under solicitation SP0600-13-R-0076 to the Bid Custodian at DLA Energy. Email offers will be accepted provided an original signed document is also submitted via email. All responsible sources submitting a proposal will be considered.
