- Please review PWS. This Solicitation is for the rental of a venue for the Dec 2012 Yellow Ribbon Event, please review Performance Work Statement for details. All quotes must be received by mail to: 159th Contracting Office, ATTN: MSgt Janice Hills, 400 Russell Ave Bldg 473 RM 212, NAS JRB, New Orleans, LA 70143 by the closing date and time. All questions must be emailed to the following email: janice.hills@ang.af.mil. Award Information: All responsible quotes received by the closing date and time will be considered for award. To be eligible for award for this solicitation, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management at (www.sam.gov) at time of contract award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government, price considered. The following FAR clauses in paragraph (b) of FAR clause - 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Alt. I, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items--Alternate I,52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, will apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34. The full text of a FAR clause may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far. The following DFARS clauses are applicable under - 252.203-7005, Representation Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.209-7999 DEV, Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction Under any Federal Law (DEVIATION), 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program; In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003,Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil. There is no charge to use WAWF. Contractors must register to use WAWF at this website and ensure an electronic business point of contact (POC) is designated in the System for Award Management at (www.sam.gov) within ten (10) calendar days after award of this contract. (2) 52.212-4, paragraph (t). (3) 52.212-3--Alternate I, introductory paragraph and paragraph (b). (b) Offerors are required to complete 52.212-3--Alternate I, paragraphs (c) through (o). (c) Deviation clause 52.204-99, System for Award Management Registration, is required and is added/included by addendum. This requirement is subject to availability of fund.
