- Nomenclature: NSN 4810-01-218-7942, Valve Gate, Hydraulic Actuated Control, Size 8 in., 250 PSI. Pima Valve, Inc. (30263) P/N 9802-1 8IN, Tri-Tec Manufactuirng, LLC (56349) P/N 88001-8/89010-8 Quantity: 17 each and various incremental quantites from 5 each through 49 each. Required Delivery: 17 each to be delivered within 180 days after the date of the contract (ADC) with anny remainder to be delivered at the rate of 10 each every 30 days thereafter. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance: Origin. The government does not have any data for the evaluation of alternate offers. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package to include the data for the alternate part as well as data for the approved part. The government intends to contract only with the approved manufacturing sources under the authority of 01 USC 2304 (c) (1). All responsible sources may submit an offer and will be considered. Based on market research this item is not known to be a commercial item and will not be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The response date referenced above is an estimate. The solicitation will be available on or about November 6, 2012, approximately 15 days after this notice is posted on this website and in The Commerce Business Daily. The DSCC website URL is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The solicitation will not be available until November 6, 2012. Price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers. The final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. A Reverse Auction in accordance with solicitation clause L15C11 52.215 9023 reverse auction (JUL 2012) DLAD. During the online auction offerors proposed prices will be exposed to other offerors and others having access to the online auction. These discussions remain anonymous in that each offerors identity will be concealed from the other offerors, but will be known to the government. Only generic identifiers will be used publicly for each offeror's proposed pricing, i.e. "Offeror A." By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation offerors agree to RA and that their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the RA. An offeror's final auction price will be considered the offerors final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the RA unless the KO decides that further discussions are necessary and final proposal revisions are again requested in accordance with FAR 15.307. Written offers are to be returned on the bid package to the DSCC Bid Room at DLA Land and Maritime Supply Chain, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, faxed to (614) 692-4257 or emailed to Contractor.Proposal.DLA.Land.and.Maritime@dla.mil. Proposals should not be mailed, faxed or emailed directly to the Buyer.
