- Statement of Work Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912PQ-13-T-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $30.0 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing, Newburgh, NY will conduct a Yellow Ribbon Family Reintegration event on 05-06 January 2013 at a facility with activities to accommodate families and children. The hotel facility must be within the Hudson Valley region of New York. Individuals attending this event will require lodging, meals, conference meeting rooms, and audio/visual capabilities. It is anticipated that there will be 130 attendees. The event will formally begin at 7:00 a.m. on 05 January and end NLT 5:00 p.m. The event will resume on Sunday, 06 January at 7:00 a.m. and end NLT 3:00 p.m. Prices quoted for lodging and meals must be in accordance with the established per diem rates for the location or lower. Parking for all guests should be offered at no charge. Please see attached Statement of Work for detailed requirements to accommodate this event. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on price and technical acceptability (Vendor's proposal meets the required accommodations, services, etc.).
