- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision to provide Shuttle Bus Services for Navy personnel for personnel located at Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey. The period of performance is 1 February 2013 through 31 January 2014, plus four one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity type Contract. The NAICS code and size standard for this procurement are 485999, $14,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be emailed to greg.fiorillo@navy.mil; faxed to 732-866-1011; or mailed to Naval Weapons Station Earle, Bldg C-9 (Fiorillo), Colts Neck, New Jersey, 07722. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests must include the solicitation number, your company ™s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
