Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be re- issuing a Request for Proposal for construction services of a New Five (5) story essential facility parking garage with an emergency operations center and storage space per construction documents (CD) and specifications at the VA Medical Center San Francisco located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. This solicitation is for a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available in the near future. Offeror will be required to submit bother a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. General Construction: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specification.
