Description
Quantity Requirements and Delivery Schedule for Solicitation SPM4A6-13-R-0006 The solicitation will contain multiple NSNs as follows: NSN 6695-01-207-7458, part number 600225-001; NSN 6695-01-332-4216, part number 600214-001; NSN 6695-01-332-4217, part number 600215-001; NSN 6695-01-354-1112, part number 600217-001; NSN 6695-01-456-7186, part number 600403-001; and NSN 6695-01-456-7189, part number 600404-001. The nomenclature is a Bezel, Instrument Mounting. The end item applications are the UH-60A Black Hawk Helicopter, UH-60/60D Helicopter, H-60 Seakhawk Helicopter, and the CH-47 Chinook Helicopter. The approved sources are Control Products Corporation, CAGE 27520; and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 78286. NSNs are Critical Application Items. Configuration Control apply. NSNs have a Source Control Drawing. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. Only those suppliers who have access to the Source Control Data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should provide an offer. Suppliers are directed to clause provision 52.209-01 to acquire Source Control Qualification Requirements. The FOB point for each NSN is Destination, and the Inspection/Acceptance point for each NSN is Destination. Each NSN will be evaluated based on the Estimated Demand Quantity. Ordering minimum and maximum quantity requirements are available in the attachment along with the requested delivery requirements. There is a surge quantity for NSN 6695-01-456-7189 and will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in a 5-Year Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Period and Four 1-Year Option Periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 8 November 2012. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) utilizing the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the CCR and ORCA. Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
