- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield no less than 6,200 and no more than 6,400 of contiguous net usable square feet within Homestead, Florida area within a 3 mile radius of the current leased location, 950 Krome Ave Homestead Florida 33030. The VA Primary Care Clinic is a community based outpatient clinic therefore emergency services are not offered and the services provided are: Primary care, Preventive care services, Electrocardiogram (EKG), Laboratory (phlebotomy), Ancillary testing, Internal Medicine, Routine x-rays, Women's Health Care, Medication management and monitoring, Vaccinations, Alcohol and drug screening, and Pharmaceuticals. This space is for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center, Miami, Florida. All space must be located on the first floor of a building and must meet all Government requirements for fire safety and handicapped accessibility. On-site parking for a minimum of 60 vehicles is required. The Government will consider both existing and build to suit properties. A lease for a base period of five (5) years with one (1) five (5) year option period for a total of 10 years will be considered. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: · Building name and address and location of the available space · Date of space availability. · Method of rentable space measurement · Building ownership information · List of space services provided. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-01-1981) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space. Please note: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers (SFO) may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date.
