- RFP_SOL-486-13-000003 Request for Proposals (RFPs) for up to two (2) U.S. Personal Services Contractors (PSC) – Environmental Remediation Specialists for USAID/Vietnam. RFP No. SOL-486-13-000003 ISSUANCE DATE: Oct 22, 2012 CLOSING DATE: Nov 13, 2012 4:00 p.m. Bangkok, Thailand Local Time SUBJECT: Request for Proposals (RFPs) for up to two (2) U.S. Personal Services Contractors (PSC) - Environmental Remediation Specialists for USAID/Vietnam. To All Interested Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from U.S. Citizens interested in providing the PSC services described in the attached. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information and delivered to the undersigned in Bangkok, Thailand at the place and by the time specified. Submissions shall be in accordance with the following: 1. Cover letter or written statement that addresses the Evaluation/Selection Criteria in this solicitation. 2. Most current curriculum vitae (CV) or resume. 3. Salary history for the prior three years and contact information (telephone numbers and email addresses) for at least three references with knowledge of the applicant's prior work skills, submitted via Optional Form 612 (available at http://www.usaid.gov/forms/) or in resume format with their application. Applications may be emailed (preferred), mailed, or hand-carried to at the place and by the time specified. Email submissions shall be sent to: Ms. Karittha Jenchiewchan at kjenchiewchan@usaid.gov, Mr. Javier Castano at JCastano@usaid.gov, and Ms. Martha Aponte at maponte@usaid.gov. To ensure delivery by the due date, it is recommended that applications be sent in as email attachments, if possible. If an applicant does not have ready access to an Optional Form 612, the same information may be initially submitted in resume form so long as the items stated earlier in this paragraph are provided. Late applications may be considered in USAID's sole discretion. The award of contracts hereunder is subject to the availability of funds. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
