- This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source to the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) for continued support through the Office of Security and the review of security documentation. With this review, a part of the process is the critical need to access state criminal history records, motor vehicle and driver's records. NLETS has been utilized by TSA since its establishment and is the only responsible source able to continue to provide the support and information needed for this site. NLETS is the only responsible source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated period of performance for this contact is one twelve month base period and four one-year option periods. Anticipated life cycle cost of this contract is $300,000. Award notice will be made through an amendment to this posting with the Justification and Approval for the Sole Source of this requirement.
