Description
1.Introduction/Purpose The Federal Aviation Administration, Western Pacific Region, has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Service at Northern California Tracon (NCT) Mather; CA. Period of performance is a base year with four option year. 2.Incumbent Contractor The incumbent for this Procurement is: Miracle Landscaping Inc. 8698 Elk Grove Blvd STE. 3-315 Elk Grove CA 95624 DTFAWP-07-C-00155 3.Nature of Competition Response to this market survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantage Businesses (SEDB/8(a), Small Businesses,SDVOSB, or full and open competition. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purpose only. Contractor must have 3 years of experience providing the same or similar type projects. 4.Standard Language (a) This is not Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; (b) The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposal; (c) The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and (d) Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor's expense. 5. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 561730- Ground Maintenance Services Small Business size in millions of dollars: $7.0 million 6. Submittal Requirements for Market Survey Any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. Response submittals must include the following information (Submittals can sent by email): a) Name of company b) Address c) Phone and Fax number d) Point of contact e) Email address f) Business size status: 8(a), Small Business, SDVOSB, VSB, etc. g) Verification of registration in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) 7.
