- This is a proposed acquisition for a 12 month maintenance contract of a Staco Energy Line Conditioner at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 29 October 2012. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DOD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.sam.gov/.
