Description

Vendor must submit the attached Buy American Act Certificate with their proposal. Request for Proposal, W911RZ-13-R-0003. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for GPS units. This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for commercial purchase prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The FAR provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a Standard Form 1449 solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911RZ-13-R-0003 and will be a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document & incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61 effective 13 September 2012. This requirement is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. All lines items (0001 through 0019) must be delivered to Fort Carson by 15 November 2012. Please see attachment for request for proposal.
