Description
RFP Attachment A, SOW Attachment B, Performance Spec Attachment C, Past Performance Questionnaire Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to procure up to 500 Tactical Water Chillers (TWS). The TWS is an electrically powered, refrigeration system to cool drinking water in a tactical environment. It employs a chilling mechanism, a water holding system, and a water distribution system. It will receive water from existing USMC water systems, and will receive electronic power from existing USMC tactical generators. This procurement requires the offeror to include provisioning data, Technical Manuals (TMs), training aids, operator and maintainer training, logistics and support for all items procured. This is a full and open competition and will include all instructions for offerors to follow when submitting a proposal (see attachments). This effort shall be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 guidelines. The NAICS code will be 333415. Contract Type: The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. We anticipate an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract(s) to the successful offeror (s) whose proposal submission is determined to be the best value described in FAR 15.101-1. Period of Performance: The Government anticipates a period of performance shall be a total of 60 months after the date of contract award with one (1) base year and four (4) ordering periods of 12 months each. A pre-solicitation notice was previously issued under No. M67854-12-R-5097 on the FedBzOpps and NECO websites.
