Description

Limited Source Justification Notice of Intent, W91YU0-13-T-0005, for Limited Source Blood Testing Reagents. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a Limited Source firm fixed priced award to Immucor, Inc, in the amount of $150,000.00 for a one year contract at Madigan Healthcare System, FT Lewis, WA. Items being purchased are Immucor's Blood Group Typing Reagents, rare blood Antisera, Quality Control kits, and Reaction kits. Immucor, Inc has the proprietary rights on its reagents for use with specific antigen testing for Madigan Healthcare System, Standard Operating Procedures which has been established as part of laboratory testing protocols. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be issued. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, walter.j.bischoff@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
