- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Small Business Set-Aside: This is 100% small business set aside and all responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Proposers will be asked to indicate the size category (large, small, small-disadvantaged, etc.). NSWC Crane Division plans to plans to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the procurement of non-commercial military quality cables and harnesses. The solicitation will indicate that experience in manufacturing military grade cables is a requirement and offerors will be required to demonstrate extensive experience in this area. Requirements will be competed at the job order level. The total dollar value of orders to be placed against the BOAs is $9.5M over a five year period. A solicitation will be available at FedBizOpps and at NECO and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on Submit Bid does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. The POC is David Harrell, Code CXNN at Tel: (812)854-8291 or email david.l.harrell@navy.mil. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and /or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
