Solicitation Number: W9124J-12-R-0001 Number of Proposals Received: Eight (8) Contract Award Date: 19 Oct 2012 Contract Award Number: W9124J-13-C-0001 Contract Award Dollar Amount: $11,358,567 for 60-day phase-in and 10-month base period of performance. Total value of four (4) 12-month option periods of performance is $53,683,058. Total: $65,041,625. Contractor Awarded Name: Primus Solutions, Inc. Contractor Awarded Address: 6303 Ivy Lane, Suite 130, Greenbelt, MD 20770 This award was made to the offeror who proposed the best value in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.3, Source Selection, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The Government selected the best overall offer, based upon an integrated assessment of Mission Capability, Past Performance, and Cost/Price Factors, and received an overall assessment of the evaluation factors and subfactors to represent the most advantageous offer to the Government.
