Description
SOW attached DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is W90M8L22840102 being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The North American Industry Classifications System Code (NAICS) is 721110, size standard is $7.0M. SPECIFICATIONS: The USPFO for Utah has a requirement to purchase the following services: 1. Yellow Ribbon Events for the following months: 22-23 Feb 2013 (see attached SOW "Yellow Ribbon 23 Feb 13") ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.204-99, prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the SAM database prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due NLT 2:00 pm MST 13 Nov 2012. Quotes may be mailed to: USPFO for Utah, Attention: Kris Braun, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020-9286 or e-mailed to kristinna.braun@us.army.mil; facsimiles will NOT be accepted. All quotes must arrive at the place and by the time specified. Quotes are required to: 1. Be submitted on provided quote sheets (See "Quote" tab within the individual Statement of Work spreadsheets). Quote forms MUST be submitted to be considered. 2. Submit a proposed menu for each meal with quotes. Failure to provide this information with your offer may cause your offer to be considered non-responsive. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) In an effort to meet our socio-economic goals, preference will be given to all small businesses after determined to be technically acceptable.
