Description

Statement of Work PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The El Yunque National Forest requires an individual to provide transportation planning services to assist the Forest in implementing a visitor transit system and integrating an intelligent transportation communication system. See the attached statement of work. The Forest Service anticipates award of a labor-hour contract for one person for approximately 750 hours of intermittent work to be performed on-site at the El Yunque National Forest, Catalina Service Center, PR Road 191, Palmer, PR. Only firms or individuals in the local commuting area will be considered. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $25,000 and $150,000 OTHER INFORMATION: Period of Performance is approximately January 7, 2013 through July 30, 2013. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS will be issued via FedBizOpps and will be available for downloading on or about November 9, 2012. All vendors are required to be registered at www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract
