- SF 1449 for RFQ SAQMMA13Q0008 for GLOBAL MARKET SURVEY RFQ SAQMMA13Q0008 for Global Market Survey for OBO/RE A current and accurate global rental market rate analysis and report (Survey) is needed to serve as a tool and references for our realty specialists for the establishment of the rental rate standard and guideline. It will then be used for the determination and justification for lease approving authority for the day-to-day operation. The contractor shall provide rental rate housing standards and guidelines for overall targeted residential areas for 174 cities across the world in specific priority per region as outlined in Line Items. This effort will include data collection, data cost analysis, development of appropriate price standards, establishment of a housing matrix by employee rank and family size, and comparing results to existing housing guidelines and costs. The contractor is also responsible for providing a monthly performance report to indicate the city survey report deliverables were completed and forwarded to the Point of Contact. The contractor shall maintain extensive global real estate market data and survey experience particularly in the residential rental market sector with strong local market contact, resource or connection, and a substantial understanding to the local tax, custom and legal obligations are preferable. The government will award one contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation will offer the best value to the Government, technical, price and other factors considered.
