Description

Performance Work Statement for cfDNA testing. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to VERINATA HEALTH INC. This requirement is for the purchase of Cell Free Fetal DNA (cfDNA) testing for the Department of Pathology at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), 2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The proposed contract action is for non-personal services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses via email ONLY to Mrs. Ulett Benson at ulett.m.benson@us.army.mil no later than 9 November 2012 @ 12: 00 PM EST. No telephonic request will be honored.
