- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the anticipated release date for the Request For Proposals (RFP) to November 30, 2012. The procurement will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 procedures. The RFP will be issued and posted with the necessary instructions. There will be a pre-proposal conference held at the Region 9 Office and/or via Webinar. The solicitation announcement and information regarding the conference will be posted on EPA's web site at: http://www.epa.gov/oam/regions/index.htm#solam. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IN NOT AN RFP. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. The anticipated release date for the RFP is November 30, 2012.
