PRON: AX2F0541AX; NOUN: Fitting, Structural; NSN: 1560-01-554-4788; P/N: 70209-05003-113; Min/Max Quantity: 10/50 each; Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five year basic + 4 options type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each 365 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 231 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 10 each, 243 DACA. This is full and open competitive. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
