****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Virginia Adkins, Contract Specialist, email: virginia.m.adkins@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3F0010AX; NOUN: Fixture, Aircraft MA; NSN: 4920-01-568-2562; P/N: 1006845; Min/Max Quantity: 25/125 each; five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 25 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 25 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 25 each 175 DACA and up to 25 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
