- RFP SPE4A613R0115, SC 1000005584, RFx 4000078215, NSN 5995-01-442-6691, Cable Assembly, Radio Frequency, IAW Radiall USA, Inc., CAGE 19505, P/N 80-3705-002; Exelis, Inc., CAGE 31550, P/N A3210921-2; and DCX-Chol Enterprises, Inc., CAGE 27456, P/N A3210921-2. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. This item is not commercial. The Trade Agreement Act applies. Export Control applies. This NSN is a critical application item. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is 354 EA, base year only. Maximum contract quantity: 14,160 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 354 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 1,416 EA, which is also the estimated annual demand. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Delivery (PLT) is requested for this IQC at 132 days ARO for all delivery orders. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders only; stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The solicitation will be available on or about November 13, 2012, and will close on or about December 12, 2012. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be requested. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
