Description

The Indian Health Service intends to issue a sole source contract to Medical Decision Associates (MDA) in Hamden, CT for the following items: • One license for use of IMM/Serve Immunization Forecasting Software to be provided from 1/1/2013 - 12/31/2013 • 20 hours of IMM/Serve Technical/Consultative support for the integration of software into RPMS to be provided on an as needed basis for the period of performance of 1/1/2013 - 12/31/2013 MDA has proprietary rights to this software and is the only vendor able to provide this license for use of IMM/Serve software and any customization programming required for the software to be used in the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available. However, firms believing that they can provide the materials listed above may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than November 28, 2011 at 4:00pm Pacific. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses may be emailed. Oral responses are not acceptable.
